1. What we collect
You give us: name, work email, mobile/phone, company name, title, mailing address, lane/equipment preferences, promo/claim details, and any content you send us. We may collect automatically: IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar log data (and cookies if enabled on the site). We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers or driver’s license numbers through marketing claim forms. Employment or carrier onboarding may collect additional information under separate notices/forms.Sensitive data: We do not seek sensitive personal information for marketing. Do not submit medical, biometric, or government ID data via claim forms.

Consent is not a condition of booking freight.A reply to a cold email with your phone number does not by itself sign you up for texts.
