This Privacy Notice for GRX Logistics LLC (“GRX, Company, “we,” “us,” or “our”) describes how and why we may collect, store, use, and share (“process) your information when you use our services (“Services”), including when you:

Request capacity, book freight, or do business with us as a broker, shipper, vendor, or partner

What information do we collect?
A. Personal information you provide
We collect personal information you voluntarily provide, including when you submit forms, request services, apply for a position, claim a promotion, or communicate with us.

Website consent banner: Choosing I Agree on our site means you consent to email and SMS marketing when you also provide (or have provided) a valid email and/or mobile number. Declining or closing the banner means we will not use your contact for marketing blasts; we may still reply to messages you send us.
A reply to a cold email with your phone number does not by itself enroll you in marketing texts unless you also complete a clear opt-in (banner/checkbox).
